End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement Overview

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Meta Injector Pro regarding the use of the software.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. Grant of License

Upon successful activation, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software.

Single Device

One license key is valid for use on a single computer only.

Subscription Term

The license is valid only for the duration of your purchased plan.

3. Payments, Refunds & Credits

Strict No-Refund Policy

Since Meta Injector Pro is a digital product with instant access, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is confirmed.

Credit Expiry Rules

Credits assigned to your account have a specific validity period (e.g., 30 days).

  • You must consume credits within the validity period.
  • Unused credits will expire automatically after the validity date.
  • Expired credits are non-refundable.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

We are transparent about the data we collect to manage licenses.

✅ We Collect

  • Name, Email, Phone (for Account Management)
  • Device ID & OS Version (for License Locking)
  • Usage Activity (Success count for credit deduction)

🛡️ We DO NOT Collect

We never store, view, or upload your creative files (Images, EPS, Videos) to our servers. Your assets remain 100% private on your local machine.

5. Third-Party Services (AI)

Our "AI Metadata" feature is powered by the Google Gemini API. By using this feature, you acknowledge that data (image thumbnails) is sent to Google for processing.

6. License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Share your license key with others.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the software.
  • Resell, rent, or redistribute the software installer.

* Violation of these terms will result in immediate license termination.

7. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Meta Injector Pro shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
